Love the employees here. They are always happy and can easily put a smile on your face. Plus my sandwich looked AMAZING! Yum!

Stopped at the Subway on Conlan Circle, Sunday, March 4th at 6:30pm. The door was locked and the guy behind the counter motioned as if they were closed. The posted closing time for this restaurant is 10pm. This is extremely unacceptable and extremely poor customer service. This rivals the time I went into the Subway at the Arboretum Shopping care here in South Charlotte and the staff was lounging around in the booths. They informed me they were out of bread. To which I replied how the hell does a sandwich shop run out of bread? This store closed not long after this incident...Apparently customer service is not high on the priorities of Subway or their franchisees.

Tables are filthy gross sticky stuff all over the floor. The employees are singing along to loud bad music made worse by the singing. They are sitting on the floor they seem annoyed to have customers.

1. The store is FILTHY! 2. The young man working the counter was very nice and polite. 3. The older woman (not old, just older) that was working the counter and made my sandwich (I think she was a manager because her shirt was black) skimped on the meat of my sandwich. I took it back to the counter. The young man working added more meat. The woman that made my sandwich came over, counted the slices, she had put the meat on wrong so to me and other employee it looked light, SHE TOOK THE EXTRA MEAT OFF OF MY SANDWICH, WIPED THE SAUCE OFF AND PUT IT BACK IN THE BIN FOR THE NEXT CUSTOMER!!!!!!

I would rate 0 stars if I could... I went at 7:05am to get a breakfast sandwich before work. They are supposed to open at 7am, but the door was still locked. The girl behind the counter (pink hair) just stared at me and made absolutely no effort to come unlock the door. Thankfully there is a Starbucks right beside this Subway. I went there instead and got breakfast. When I left Starbucks at 7:20am she STILL had not unlocked the door! I will NEVER go to another Subway again. Pink Hair was lazy and absolutely terrible
