slow service sat in the drive thru for 10 minuets.Left and looked back and the line has yet to move. This has gone down used to be good.

These guys work very hard. (Memorial drive) They're always friendly and on top of their game. We have never had to wait long even during a rush. The Bojangle's in Vanceboro, NC should really take some notes. NOW that one in VANCEBORO, NC is disgusting. We always have to wait(last time we waited 38 minutes for food) it's either the wrong biscuit or something in the drink or raw chicken. And when we notify them all we get is an I'm sorry. No refund no food replacement. We refuse to eat at that location ever again. Just look at Facebook they're been drug through the mud all over the internet due to all the ignorance and total lack of common sense and respect. We are always very patient with them. But the last time we had to go back because of a mess up on their part we had to wait an additional 10 minutes and we got no offer for a dessert or nothing. PLEASE FIX THAT STORE!
