Got my order wrong thru the drive thru. Called from work, they said come on back. I said no by the time I drive back lunch will be over. She said well what do you want? I said send me a coupon. Took my address. Been waiting for 2 months. Have not been back there since. Been avoiding all others too since I found out the same person/group owns all them in town.

Great service but the food is kind of meh. That's not the individual restaurants fault. Kudos for figuring out how to turn tater tots into dessert, though!

I wouldn't even give this location one star. I got charged twice for my food and it drained my bank account. I went in and talked to the general manager, and she was extremely rude. Toward the end of the conversation she started mocking me and laughing at me. She wouldn't even consider doing a refund for one of the two charges. She just told me to call the bank, and walked away laughing. Then when I was finally able to eat my food, my order was messed up and my food was cold. Just an awful experience, I will never go to this location again. There needs to be a change in management there.

I went to this location, as another location in town was opening late due to maintenance. We went through the drive through, ordered combos B1, B3, and the donuts and coffee, also a side of nacho cheese (for the potato oles if that wasn't common sense). We pulled up to the window, and I didn't realize B3 came with soda, so I apologized and asked for coffee instead. She tells me the total which is $14 and some change. When we get our food, I drive off, but realize the bag is pretty light. So I have my daughter look in the bag and realize we only have the 2 burritos and donuts. I decide to call and make sure that we were supposed to receive potato oles, to which the lady replies "well if you would look at your receipt, it will tell you how it was rung up" I didn't get a receipt, I didn't think I needed it. She did confirm that B1 and B3 should have come with oles, but the drive through attendant rung them up separate.... Ok so...can we come back to get the oles or will I have to pay more? (Because $14 for 2 burritos, a cup of donuts, 2 coffees & an orange juice isn't expensive or anything) She responds with "Um, well, I guess you can get some for the inconvenience" No apologies or anything, and no explanation as to why she would ring it up like that, when I specifically asked for the combos - I did get the nacho cheese, just no oles. I won't be going back here.

I ordered a number one with a side of sour cream and a Dr Pepper with no ice. My order was quick enough but when I was pulling out of the drive I checked my bad of food. They had given me cheese not sour cream. I thought It wasn't a big deal, but then attempting to eat my tacos there was so much of the lettuce and meet in the folds of the paper that it blanketed my lap when I opened it. There were no napkins to help clean up and I didn't dare put the taco on the passenger seat because of the food all over it. I ended up going back for the sour cream and napkins. The employees played the "blame game" right in front of me. I believe in accountability. If you made a mistake take responsibility for it and fix it, do not brush it off on someone else. This isn't a crazy experience whatsoever, but at the very least I expect to get what I order and inside its packaging.
