After what is not the first horrible visit, I can say IHOP will never receive another penny of mine. Knowing they'd be busy Mothers Day morning I went to get my family seats early. A table of 6, 2 of them children. I was informed the wait would be 15 min. After 35 min and seeing a family of 9 be seated (who arrived 20 min after me) I asked how much longer it would be. I was told it would be another 20 min. I then overheard the waitress asking why the 5 tables in the middle were empty. So I informed them we had 2 children in our group and would fit. I was completely ignored by them both. Pizza Ranch must have great business with IHOP down the street.

Excellent staff. Typical IHOP. However menu is very allergy unfriendly. Even their allergy guide is unhelpful in that it clumps all of the items of a dish together, making it impossible to tell if a cheeseburger could be eaten by someone with a dairy allergy if the cheese was removed staff and cook were able to make a meal I could eat but sadly I won't be returning as there is almost nothing on the menu that I know that I can eat without the cook looking thru the ingredients manually. I'm giving them a 5 star for effort. The problem is a corporate one.

Tanaya, thank you for a wonderful experience today. Wonderful service, clean table, and most importantly a bubbly happy attitude. She made sure within reason that I was satisfied with everything. Good flavor pablano omelet, and at 0930 I was seated in less than ten minutes with a couple ahead of me. Great job, I will return!

Very simple. I had the undecided breakfast (or something similar sounding.) Staff was really helpful and great food. Will go again and at warmer temperatures

Used to love Ihop. Ordered the biscuits and gravy and got a completely different meal. Took 10 minutes to get seated with about 10 total customers in the entire facility. Took them another 10 to 15 minutes to even serve us after getting seated. Entire facility is filthy, tables had old food on them and the floors were disgusting. Servers seemed quite clueless, workers in the kitchen were loud with vulgar language. Food took 30 to 45 minutes to come out after ordering. Had to literally stand up and walk to the back to pay because no one would come to our table. Will probably never return to this disgrace of a restaurant.
