I’m impressed by of Grazies every time I eat there. The quality of the food, the care in plating and high level of service. The portions are big enough to eat for 3 meals. A little pricier than most places I usually go but well worth the money. The owner always makes it a point to stop by and ensure every table is happy. Some of the waitstaff is a little green, but finding good staff is tough in Fargo. The owner makes up for it with follow through and attention to detail. Top notch, authentic Italian food.

Our supper was AMAZING, the server was friendly, owner stopped and visited and was Willing to accommodate us. We even had dessert that was amazing! We will be back again soon!!

I wasn't certain what to expect based on the location and outside appearance (doesn't scream restaurant), but the food was absolutely divine (had the veal Carsoni). I had mixed feelings about the ambiance, the food made me feel there should have been table linens, a candle on the table, etc. Nice wine selection but I would like to see more non-alcoholic choices other than plain ice tea and Pepsi products, like some Italian sodas or flavored syrups for the ice tea. In all though, the food is worth the stop!

Simply delightful food, staff, and owners. Generous fresh-made portions. We have never been disappointed with our meals or the service!
