My husband and I love Mexican resturants. We have visited our fair share. When we visited Don Pedro's Family Restaurant in Williston, ND we left unsatisfied. First the waitress took our drink order, put didn't bring my five year old son his beverage. Like most Mexican restaurants we were given chips and salsa, and there was a bean dip. The chips were burnt, the salsa was bland, and the beam dip tasted like they were cooked in lard (yes I know what lard tastes like). We both for fajitas, our go to at any Mexican restaurant, our son got mac&cheese and fries. Mind you, it was one in the afternoon, we had been at the park all morning, and we hadn't eaten all day. I make my fajita and my husband says "when you bite into that you are not going to be happy." Boy was he right. No seasoning, the flavor... I really thought I was going to be sick! Needless to say we paid for the meal and left it sitting on the table. We left more hunger than we arrived. I honestly don't understand how people can eat that food. I'm not being overly dramatic. If you enjoy the food at Don Pedro's 👏, but it's obviously the only Mexican restaurant you've ever eaten at or you like bland food. Worst experience ever!! Never again!!

This is one one my favorite spots to eat while in Williston. The food is amazing and i love the friendly and family atmosphere. The staff are always nice and don't have you waiting long.

Service was great but the food tasted like nothing. Super bland. Won't go back unless I hear that changes.

Good Mexican food and awesome staff. These people are always extremely friendly and super fast, the place is pretty cramped for a larger sitting of people, but they always make it work. The staff is always on top of their game. The food is good, but not over the top, pretty average in that department, but the service more than makes up for it.
