Do not go here. Owner Michael yelled at my wife because one of her feet was resting on her seat. She asked in response politely, "Oh really?" And he exclaimed "Seriously!". The waitress was pleasant which was the only nice thing. The food is incredibly overpriced and poorly portioned. Italian food is simple to make but somehow they ruin it. We called Michael and expressed our disappointment and he was anything but apologetic: continued to be rude and refused to apologize. If you are in need of entertainment to see what kind of mean thing this man will do this place is not a bad option. It's kind of like going to see an insult comic-you spend money, the food is poor, and they are rude to you.

The owner is such a baby. He’s rude to customers and treats them like garbage. I had my feet resting on my seat and he came over and snapped at me. I called him to tell him my concern and was completely unapologetic. He clearly is a sad waste and has nothing else better in his life to do then to pick on his paying customers. Great business model Michael! Keep up the good work bud.

The Ice Cream, while it is delicious, doesn't over power the absolutely terrible food. I got the lasagna, and it will covered in brown "meat sauce". It was burnt, and bland. Not to mention that it was extremely over priced. PLUS, the owner is rude. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to Luigis and get much better food and service.

Just met the owner Michael, the man is rude and stands up to what I have heard he is. Tonight my family went for an ice cream celebration but thanks to the owner left us with much to be desired. Michael is rude, unapologetic, and when I confronted him about his treatment to my daughters doesn't seem to care if he runs off customers with his attitude. After the things I had heard about the owner I was sure folks were exaggerating, turns out they weren't. He is the rudest business owner I have ever met. My family will never go this place again. Nor will we recommend it to anyone else. In fact I am sure I will tell people to save their money get ice cream from the store and skip Michael Trecaso's all together. At thew very least stay away from the owner Michael!

The fact that this place is currently rated 3-stars is a crime. Overpriced, bad service, bad food.
