Horrible. This is twice that we've received the worst service from this poor excuse of a pizza shop. Ordered 2 stuff crust pepperoni pizzas, one with added bacon and pineapple. Neither one is the mostestbestes that we ordered and one wasn't even a stuffed crust. Went back in and told the girl it wasn't what we ordered and she just shoved the pizza back at us and said there was nothing she could do. She told us the manager was in break and she couldn't fix it. We told her to get the manager and guess what, manager refused to come out. There is no customer service at this location!! Not to mention the pizza they royally messed up was completely flat with the cheese not even melted! I'd give a negative 5 stars if it was possible.

Saturday afternoon, I asked for a Hot and Ready cheese pzza, and was told that particular store only sells the $6 Xtra Cheese H and R. I thought that was odd, but okay with me. However, when we opened the box, the cheese was skimpy, even for a $5 regular cheese pizza, it wasn't hot, and the crust was hard and stale (like it had been the heater for a good while). I would have returned it, if I had the time. It was my first visit, so I don't know if they were having an off day, or if this is usual for the Claremont location.

Service was ok, pizza not as good as it use to be. Last crust was burnt on bottom, pepperoni burnt on half. Called and told them about it. Was told to asked for shorter cooking time so it wouldn't be burnt... What happened here.. used to be good pizza. My second bad pizza at this location. Thought they had a bad night once but now it happens again.

pizza and prices are always good here.. but I found it rude that the girl checking me out asked me if I wanted my change which was 1.03 I said well yes and she rolled her eyes and sighed. I didnt see a tip jar so am not sure if that is what she was expecting but I found it rude to ask a customer if they would like there change.

Fast and cheap. Their $5 pizzas are a great time saver on crazy days
