We have been here several times, service was always mediocre... last time the food was also. However there aren’t many choices for breakfast in Athens, so we decided to try again. This time the food was good and we had Kiersten as our server. She was excellent, very polite, professional, attentive, and did a great job making sure we had everything. Hopefully they continue to hire and retain people like her that make us feel like they care. Glad we gave it another try.

If you're not sitting at the front counter then don't expect great service! My son and I waited to get a table...to only sit for 25 minutes never to be asked what we would like to drink or even the slightest concern..10 more minutes later we went up front waiting for the manager....no show..so we walked out! I love Bob Evans and I travel... I've been to many Bob Evans and this one is by far consistently the worse when it come to customer service!!! And this is my home town. Rant over... getting ready to head to the Harvest House in Albany.

This place's service was awful. Parts of my meal was over cooked and my chicken was under cooked . Waitress was rude when ask to fix my meal. Place was way under staffed. Place is clean.

We only went because we had unused gift cards. I was so pleasantly surprised that their quality and portion sizes had returned to what Bob Evans himself would have been proud of. Fresh hot rolls, delicious moist tender turkey breast dinner was perfect. Thank you Athens Bob Evans for making a new "again" customer of me! Outstanding

Had a problem with the waitress taking care of 2 sections not close to each other. My daughter ended up getting up and going to get the things we needed. She became our waitress. They ended up adjusting the bill for us, which was nice.
