Since they changed ownership the service went down. It is sad sometimes to look them while they are making sandwiches and the end result is always different. The only thing that you can count on is that their smart phone is in there back pocket and it is blipping like crazy.

I LOVE Subway, it's one of my favorite places. This SPECIFIC establishment is not up to par though.... I have been here about 5 or 6 times, different days of the week and different times of day. There are usually the same two girls always working. One seems earnest in her job and is attentive to you when you order. The other does not seem to care about her job. I have often seen her taking smoke breaks, or taking her sweet time to help the earnest worker when a bunch of people walk in at once. Besides the staff, this establishment has VERY questionable hygiene. I just ordered a sub and there were a bunch of small insects flying around right above the veggies and clinging to the glass shield that separates the food from the people ordering. It was disgusting. Apart from that most of the food seemed questionably old and indeed it tastes like it is old. This has not been a problem the past times I have been here, only the staff has been a problem. But after this I really don't want to return to this subway. The sub tasted old and nasty with every bite.

Perfectly fine Subway. Close to Crocker Park, but far enough out that you don't have to deal with all the traffic and craziness that goes on in there. Not too much seating and the parking lot is a bit cramped, but there is plenty of parking just to the east of this location by Giant Eagle.
