My boyfriend and I came in here just for a quick bite to eat. Cashier did not greet us. But greeted the guest in front of us and behind us. We ordered our food and once it was ready she placed mine in a bag and just pushed it to the edge of the counter not saying anything to me. Then she bagged my boyfriend's food and said you guys are all set and walked away. But again the guest right before us and after us got a "have a great day". Yes we were the only black people in line and I did not feel welcomed. I will never be back. That was just flat out rude and I don't feel i have to say what else it was. I don't know if they've got new management or something who have never set foot into a fast food restaurant before but I am pretty sure they used to have two registers and a lot more staff. They did away with a register and have less staff now. We were in line for about half an hour before being served. The drive-thru line was out of the lot. People were coming in, seeing the line and just leaving. The worst part was the staff behind the counter didn't seem to notice the line and moved like they only had one customer the whole day. The girl working the kiosk didn't seem to know how to use it. I think if they brought back a register and had a supervisor or manager behind the counter to direct the team, it would be a more efficient system. As it is, they are hemmorhaging money from the amount of people who just give up and leave and from those of us who stuck it out but are unlikely to return. It sucks because I really prefer Wendy's to other burger restaurants.

Great Wendy's in the area. Always quick for ordering and fresh.
