This used to be a great place that I have frequent it often over the years. Now owned by Truck Stops of America.(TA) The bathrooms were disgustingly filthy.I won't frighten you with the disgusting pictures. Kudos to our waitress that did everything in her power to make my parties stay more pleasant. But everything was wrong from undercooked food to again.. the cleanliness of the restaurant. This place seriously needs both Gordon Ramsay( Hell's Kitchen) and Jon Taffer of (Bar Rescue).

Food was pretty good but seems like their heat scale is a little of. I normally can not take every spicy & hot foods but trying some wings much higher on the scale didn't seem to affect me at all. Even my adult son stated the same thing & he is a lot more knowledgeable because his career is director in 3-4 star restaurants. On the flip side I also had the pulled pork sandwich which was excellent with the exception that the cheese seemed dried out & old. As a whole including atmosphere service & food I would still return to try other items available.

Ordered a simple appetizer for the table. It showed up as our food was right behind it. Got a bunch of 'sorry' that we had to scarf down the app or ignore it so our meals don't get cold. This is simple fried foods. There is nothing complicated here. Similar issues before. I love their sauces but I'm done with this place.

A few words Way under done steak. Asked for medium got rare/med rare at best Order 3 lbs wings for our table . They didn't seem to have any seasoning under the semi bland sauces . I made the excuse of getting a steak and wings at a wing place ,I got what I should have expected . Then I remembered the words steak is in the name of the establishment. Spent 72 dollars including tip for subpar service and below average food. The server was nice enough but not helpful. And even though my food was messed up ,no manager interaction I jisy had to wait 10 -15 minutes for a recook while the table ate. Then had to eat as the table waited for me. The lemonade was good and the shakes were good. I will try another location but I wouldn't recommend this one quite yet..I'll revisit and see if this was just a bad day or if this poor experience is the norm.
