Words cannot truly express how amazing this place is. I haven’t left a restaurant so happy in a very long time. For the hour that we were there, it felt like we were just sitting in a bistro in Tokyo. The food was delicious. The bimbimbobs were the perfect choice for the rainy day. The gyoza was fresh and the sauces were amazing. I would highly recommend Uraku to anyone in Bowling Green or just passing through! Deserves way more than 5 stars!

Food was not very good. We had sushi and it did not taste very fresh. Very small inside, no restrooms! The service was okay but we ordered Japanese beer and they did not open the bottles which were not screw off tops. The waitress realized later and brought us a bottle opener, but did not offer to open the bottles for us. The hot food smelled good, but do NOT go here for sushi! Overpriced and low quality.

Had food here for the first time today and at first the service was great, food was good and we started to leave satisfied. That quickly changed when the waiter, Jung, decided to follow myself and my two other friends out the door and rant that we did not “tip her enough” Even though she was tipped 15 percent, she stated she worked for 4 dollars a hour, had been working for 15 years and that “this was America right?” We were planning to add this as a go to but this experience has put us off. Never going here again.

Delicious food, excellent service. Even chef came out to ask how was the food. I would come back!

This place is way overpriced for what comes out of the kitchen the rice is terrible and the Sushi is questionable. For this place to ask almost $20 a roll for sushi you would think the rice and sushi would be of top quality and some other things that didn't make sense for example if you order a pop you get it in a 20 oz plastic bottle with a cup of ice? Where is the complimentary soup and salad? Low quality high prices doesn't make sense?? I also stated my concerns as far as the sushi and rice to the waitress and she agreed with me but yet did nothing to make it right no Replacements no discounts?? I would not recommend this place to anyone.
