I have had only one experience here since I was traveling and it was convenient to the interstate highway. I got the daily special on a Sunday, baked steak. It was a wonderful meal. The steak was fork tender and flavorful. I'm fussy and ask for special measures like making an indentation in my mashed potatoes to hold more gravy and putting a half teaspoon of cinnamon in my applesauce. So I was glad to see that they fulfilled my requests. Without my asking they even gave me a little bowl of their wonderful brown gravey on the side. The dinner came with a dinner roll, and I appreciated that it came with a couple of little packs of real butter instead of margarine and that the butter was room temperature so I could easily spread it. It's a little mom and pop diner that is popular with the locals, and you can see why. Let me add that the service was friendly and prompt and impeccable.

Very basic fried food...but expensive! Went in thinking it was "home cooking" but there was nothing on the menu that wasn't Frozen and fried. The food didn't have great taste, the decor was confusing and dated, the toilets horrible and the waitress wasn't very friendly.

Very good food. Wife and I had pizza burgers and chili cheese fries and our our son had the Texas burger and onion rings. Closest thing to home made without all the cooking and cleaning up afterwards. One of the better hometown restaurants we've been to.

The hot roast beef is to die for! Nice family restaurant with very good home cooked food. Yummy! Wait staff is friendly and the cooks are pretty fast. If your looking for a reasonably priced, home cooked meal, this is the place to try.
