Not always bad. I would say after 9pm or so the place goes from king of pop to thriller real fast. The people they have working at night have no comprehension of customer service or basic politeness. These workers act more like indentured servants working off a dept than someone getting a steady check every 2 weeks. The higher ups actually seem to care though. Any issue I addressed with management was resolved promptly and efficiently. Overall bk isnt bad until the night crew comes on and ruins the brand.

I take my son in there often. Clean seating areas. They use gloves handling my food. Love the new pop machine. Good food

Terrible service- I sat at the speaker for 3 minutes until someone answered me. However there was a guy out cleaning the drive-thru lane. Good on him for cleaning. The other first person smoking and on the phone, I watched her answer talk into her headset “I’ll be with you in minute” we’ll. My head I’ve already waited and I’m going to wait longer because you don’t want do your job. This store and franchise owner or investors are going to keep loosing revenue if stuff like this keeps happening because I drove off.

Terrible, I pulled at 0015 in the morning just got off work looking to grab something to eat. It clearly states they close at 0100. I sat there for 2 minus and no one said I a word. I pulled up to the window and the lady is just standing looking. If your not going to do your job then shut the lights and the sign off
