We went there for Mother's day, we were Not impressed! We got the worse service we ever had any where. The people that were seated by us at the same time, received their entire meal before we even got our appetizers. We also ordered some food to go which came out first, never had that happen before. The waitress finally asked to refill our drinks when we were almost ready to pay the bill. Not only that some of our order was not what we ordered and had to be sent back. The only reason we still tipped 15 % is because it was Mother's day. We normally tip 20% or more, but we just couldn't justify that amount this time. The food we did get and was right and was brought out still hot was delicious. We will go back, but never on a holiday.

This completes the journey. Having visited all the Hofbräuhaus in the United States. And others across the world. Always a good experience. Great service good food and each has its own little uniqueness. Monday night even with music. Try it out and you’ll be enjoy.

We came as a group of 6 and had a blast of a time with all the accordion music, crowd chants, food and beers flowing. If you enjoy loud and lively atmospheres, this place is for you. I would not recommend it for groups of smaller than four.

Workers were dancing on tables and the food taste horrible. I got both the nüernberger and the pulled pork sandwich and they both tasted absolutely horrible and the drinks were flat, they tasted awful. The waitresses were rude and just handed out food and drinks randomly. I didn’t even get the drink I had ordered because she just got random soda and passed it around. The condiments were empty and when asked to refill them they ignored me. The tables were so close together I barely had room to walk. So if you like horrible food, cramp spaces, and horrible service this is the restaurant for you.

Amazing food, literally everything I tried was fantastic. The schnitzel? Top notch. The sauerkraut balls? Flavor explosions. The wurstplatte? Solid and hearty. The apfel strudel was just the right mix of flavor and texture. And the Rueben? It was transcendent, one of the best I’ve ever had. My only regret is not trying this place sooner! (And yes, I tried 6 things from the menu, call me a glutton if you must...if you try it here you might be tempted to do the same)
