They are good..but they closed down now

Dec 10, 2016
Got some bourbon chicken with a side of porcelain. Bit right into a piece of chicken and got a pretty rad surprise. Good thing it didn't chip my tooth. Whoever my boyfriend and I spoke to didn't believe us BC "there is no glass or anything like that in here". All I wanted was my money back. Usually good business owners or managers offer to help an upset customer, was really shocked he didn't even care. Even said I threatened him 😂 Don't ever waste your time here its a f***king joke of a business. Can't believe there are even open. Health department will most definitely hear about this.

It appears this restaurant is closed for business. I honestly haven't eaten here but the prior owner had an apparent anger issue of some kind & I witness her throw a rock at a custmer coming out her of restaurant I guess maybe some sort of disagreement. In the commission of her throwing that rock I GOT HIT 😕. That's not how a business should run in my opinion!!

If you are desperate for food and you have no other choice but to eat here then go ahead and give them a call; but if you have the means to go elsewhere do that. The good: They will deliver in rain, sleet, hail, snow, tornado, blackout, or riot. The bad: The food is okay but they may deliver something you didn't order, the food may be cold, or the food maybe nasty. So there you have it a trifling restaurant who will deliver no matter what. Oh yeah, don't try to argue with them about anything you have a problem with they will not help you and they will let you know they don't know what the heck you are talking about. But they are not rude. They get a C+ for service And a C- for food

I'm pretty forgiving when it comes to take out but I have to draw the line at an insect crawling out of my meal. They also gave us different entrees than we ordered, didn't follow allergy requests, no napkins or utensils, and only offered a partial refund after nearly 40 minutes of arguing. 0/10
