I took another's advice and got the cheese fingers with cilantro sauce (comes regular or spicy). They were tasty; not greasy at all, and the sauce appeared to be blended. It wasn't an overbearing cilantro taste like you get in some salsas. I ordered the typical plate. The meat was good and the plantains were done very well. I thought I could save half for dinner, but after seeing it on my desk for half an hour, I caved & finished it. It's not bad cold either. The real highlight here is the owner. Clearly passionate about his food and business, lit up telling me about the tables on the sidewalk and music playing when it's nicer out.

Take away stand for awesome Venezuelan arepas, empanadas, and platters. The owner is courteous and friendly, and the food is real Latin American, no sour cream and cheddar. Get an arepa.

This place is amazing. It is one of my favorite restaurants in Cincinnati. If you're not sure what to get just ask and they will help you find something you'll love. One of my favorites is Arepa de pabellon.

Delicious authentic Venezuelan food! Javier is the nicest! Just make sure to call BEFORE you go to make sure they are open! You can call in your order and then you won't have to wait when you go to pick it up. The only authentic Venezuelan food I have found in Cincinnati!

The Latin "Cheese Curd" was excellent. I would snack on that all day long. Very small vendor with just a window for take out only. Friendly and helpful staff. Chicken Empanada was very good, loaded with flavorful tender and juicy white meat chicken. The Beef Empanada tasted like and had texture of port, not sure what to make of it.
