It's a hit or miss on service and quality. At times I feel some workers don't belong in a position dealing with customers. Some have the attitude that they don't want to be there. Maybe it's the owners or management. That is unknown. Food is hit or miss as well. They should be with the program by now but there is days portions lack and taste lacks. It was quiet tonight when we were in there and there was no music playing to help block out the guy scraping the grill or bang of pans, or scrapping the last bit out of the containers. I gave this place a 4 star because it's still good to go to, even though they have some flaws. They are not huge flaws and what company doesn't have flaws?

Honestly the worst chipotle I have been to hands down. The chicken is always burnt, the guacamole just tastes like avacodos. when I get a burrito or bowl I feel like I'm just eating a mouthful of warm mushy food. The employees will walk away from the cash register and you'll be waiting there for 5 minutes to check out while all the other employees just stand there staring at you. The atmosphere in here is just very uncomfortable. I am taking my money elsewhere until you learn how to season your food.

Incase you're wondering, this location serves broth bowls, free of charge! You don't even have to ask. What is this broth you ask? I'm guessing its base is made with the juice you poor out of the bean can. It enhances the flavor of the whole dish to now have heavy aromas of the ever elusive bean paste taste. Only have a spoon? No worries! This meal could be slurped with a big straw even! No fork necessary! I ordered online and picked up so I can't do anything about this. So I'm channeling my rage into this sarcastic review for your reading pleasure. If you go in, watch those scooper people like a hawk!!! Unless you like bean can broth, in which case, this is the chipotle for you

I’ve had chipotle at several locations. This one was by far the worst. I can’t believe I paid $10 for a tasteless burrito and coke. They really need to learn how to cook meat. Will probably never eat at this location again.
