This is the worst McDonald's I've ever visited. All I wanted was a fruit and yogurt parfait. The girl takes my money I go to the next window and a man at the window tells me they don't have any. I asked for my $1 back and he tells me, no refunds. Last I checked I paid for an item that was not available. It's not as if I had something and it was made wrong and I wanted my money back. If I pay for an item and it's not available how dare you say no refunds. I didn't get what I asked for. He finally decided to go in the back and make one with the frozen fruit. I will never visit another McDonald's!!! He said that this location is a franchise and if that's the case then they need to make sure that all items shown on the menu are available during the hours of operation or at least let the person ordering know that their requested item isn't available before taking their money.

First time been there. Worst ever. First, it is hard to get to this place, because there is no entrance from either W bridge or Frantz. One has to drive through all the parking lots to access it. Very inconvenient. Second, the staff who took my order seemed to be high on something and was hard to communicate. I asked her where I could find the options/prices for the items I wanted to order on the menu screen they have on the top, but she said she did not even know. Third, it took like forever to get our food. Lastly, the food tasted terrible and it was bitter and very salty. Could not understand why their food tastes different than other McDonalds I visited often. I can see why there were very few people there even during the dinner time (6:30pm). Only 3 people in the entire restaurant. Terrible and won't go there anymore.

Always great experience here. I hadn't been in a McDonald's for literally years and by chance I stopped in one morning on my walk. I was so impressed with everything that I am here almost every morning now. Friendly staff, great food ALMOST always, and very clean. All in all a great place to eat and within walking distance to my condo.

We liked this McDonald's, we decided to eat there and not only did they bring our food to us they put the hot cakes on a glass plate. Pretty fancy for a Mc D"s!!!

Worst McDonald's. Their employees are so disrespectful and use all type of inappropriate language with an attitude. I visited this place on 02/05/2018 around 6pm, the skinny girl with a blond hair and make up had an nasty attitude because I told her that she was cleaning when I enter the place and she didn't wash her hand while she was serving my food. The man with an earing was throw the food at me like an animal. Am so disappointed.
