Don't eat here too often. Only when my truck breaks down and it's in the shop across the street. But, when I'm here I always love eating@ Hoge's. Food is always home cooked and delicious. A great meal for a fair price. I highly recommend Hoge's if your in the area and want to fill your belly.

I don't know why there are so many five star reviews! I ate there this morning, and the only thing I could find good about it is that it's pretty clean. The servers were dour, and severe at best. The food was mediocre. We were pretty much ignored when we asked for a few little things to make our meals better. The waitress didn't come by after the food was served to check if all was ok, so no chance to remind her of the things we didn't get. She was left a tip, but if it were up to me there would have been no tip left due to poor service. I can only think that the two servers who appear to be too old to handle the job should be replaced.

We go there mainly for breakfast. They're clean and nice furnishings and decorate. The waitress are always polite and willing to get you whatever you need. Never a long wait for the food even though it's fresh off the grill. Generous amounts. I've never been dissatisfied. It's a worthwhile regular eatery.

I've eaten here my whole life. Family owned. Great Food. Great Service. Simple Menu. Daily Specials. The McHenry Family is like my family. The waitresses are great. They took good care of my Dad when he wanted good home cooked meals and we we're working.
