Employees were friendly and food was good. This burgerking has been open for many years and they haven't updated or maintained it very well. Unpaved parking lot. Crumbling concrete sidewalk. Looks like they haven't even changed a light bulb. Just take money but do nothing. Put some money back in business and get a tax write off. 1 coke machine broken. The other has clear tape on buttons lol.

Building is old and outdated. It's very dead and depressing inside. But workers are nice but also look depressed

Today. I went to this burger king for lunch at work... And the service was just ABYSMAL!!! To start. They had 1 line coming in for lunch rush, and the cashier wasn't doing anything to move the line along faster either. We came in at 12:00 PM, and didn't even get our food before 12:25 Pm, and there was only 4 people ahead of us. Not to mention, me and my co-worker's orders were WRONG! We didn't even get RECEIPTS, and we argued with them for 5 minutes to get them and they said it was impossible!!!! All I ordered was a chicken sandwich, with some pickles, as a meal. Then I ordered a milkshake. Cost me $11 and some change which is fine... But I didn't get the pickles, and, I didn't get the milkshake for another 5 minutes of staring expectantly!!! Then. She made the other 10 or so people in line wait for her to make it. My co-worker only ordered a double whopper meal with cheese. He ended up getting 2 whopper meals and because we didn't get receipts, we don't know if he paid for both or not. It was outrageous... But this isn't even the worse part. When we got our food and finally started eating... My chicken was under-cooked and the edges were burnt. I didn't get my pickles, as said, and with the service I was receiving, I didn't wanna send anything back. I at half of it because I needed something to work on for lunch, regardless of how awful it was when I noticed this: The lettuce for the sandwich was BROWN!!!! About at this point we just left, and won't be going back their again.

Since when is it okay to threaten a middle aged man because you messed up his sandwich twice? Whoever was the cook today NEEDS to be fired. Nobody wants to work on the holidays dude. It's not hard to put a burger together. Tyree was the cook. I want something done about this and I will be calling corporate.
