This place has been shortlisted for worst dining experience ever. I'm talking worse service than 3 am at an IHOP. Made reservations on Wednesday for a Saturday at 7. Arrived promptly to find no tables available. Several were marked 'reserved' however none were for us. After much back and forth with the hostess we were seated at a booth which required us to wait an extra 10 minutes to be bussed. Needless to say a big 'to do' even before we sat down. Things quickly went downhill from here. Ordered a ginger ale and was told they only have Sprite despite being a full service bar. Entrees arrived before our salads and were delivered to the table by the owner! Explained to him we never received our salads. Then he proceeds to serve us the same entrees he tried to 20 minutes prior. Meals were sent back immediately for being cold, soggy and congealed. Next, we ordered key lime pie for dessert. Waiter brings cheesecake. Cool. Sent back again for key lime pie. Proceed with caution here, folks.

Bistro 185 is an awesome neighborhood spot with first class service and great food. You can't go wrong with a night out here. The friendly staff will take great care of you. The food is fresh and top notch. The desserts are to die for. Great happy hour and cocktails too.

Always excellent, knowledgeable bartenders! Richard is my favorite. Love to stock up on their delicious appetizers during happy hour. The baker just won Best Dessert Maker in Cleveland! Definitely a destination go to for Clevelander foodies!

The food is great as long as you don't mind mice. Last time I dined here there were mice running across the dining room floor. Haven't been back sense.

Called ahead to be sure it was ok to bring a birthday cake in. They said it was ok. We get there and they said absolutely not! No outside food allowed at all. Food we ordered was not hot, not cold. Not very tasty either. Took very long for food to come out. Took too long to pay the bill. Won't be back.
