My wife split a four dollar meal. It was outstanding. I do not eat fast food but had to get Father in law a frosty. I am happy we stopped.

Went to this location at 1032am and doors were locked. I understand they may have been running behind to open. An employee waved at my daughter and I to wait then proceeded to get herself a pop and another was seated at a table playing on their cell phone. We stood outside the licked door for 5 minutes no one opened it.

Sincerely disappointing. I've been to this location more times than I can count, but tonight's experience was such a bummer that I felt the need to post a review. I pulled up 20 minutes before close, so I was not expecting their A Team to be working, but this was even worse than my already-lowered expectations. It took the drive-through attendant 3 attempts to get my order right. Then, after I pulled up and paid, she handed me my bag and said "have a nice night". After the ordering struggle, I decided to check the bag before pulling out, and lo and behold, I was missing my entree sandwich. I waited for the cashier to come back to the window, at which point she informed me "oh yeah, we're making your sandwich", and within five seconds, handed me a loose sandwich (in the wrapper, but no bag). Now I'm not saying they were hoping I'd drive off without noticing their error so they could keep my sandwich, but I'm saying it's suspicious. Also, one of my fries was still frozen. I'm a big proponent of Wendy's, but this experience was frustrating enough that next time, I'll just go to Steak n Shake next door.

Walked in the door there was an odd smell. Continued in since it seemed only in entry way. Went to sit down and all the tables were dirty. No ketchup in dispensers. My fiancees fries were so oversalted they were almost inedible. Mine had absolutely no salt. There was a lot of trash. Definitely will not be back

2/17/2018 3pm went in with wife, I went to get condiments NO KETCHUP either container. Told wife to get some. One young girl at counter, One woman with young man looks like in training. Woman left young man stood and watched offered no assistance. Young girl got behind passing out cups, three customers waiting. Three more customers in line. Got order single no cheese, tomato or lettuce, received single could have been cooked at noon, flat, thin and tasteless with onion, pickle and mayo no mustard or ketchup. Filled large sweet tea could have passed for water. Summary young girl did fine considering circumstances. Food quality poor, service at condiment counter poor. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.
