3rd and final chance from our family. The attitudes from at least 2 of the females there on Saturday evening was rude and unacceptable. Was hung up on by one and argued with by another, and never even got to place an order. How hard is it to order a sheet pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms and extra cheese???? Well, there I guess impossible. Told there was no such coupon for the one I had in my hand and looked and was on there website.... Used to be the go to spot, for good pizza. Now you feel like you are bothering them at home on their day off.

Very poor customer service, not friendly at all maybe to their own kind yes but if you aren’t fairer skin or live in a geographically just location they treat and look at you differently. I feel they should simply move their whole shop if they’re going to look at you as if you’re an alien when you walk in. Customer services is mediocre while the prices are equally if not more offensive. 1.50 for an extra topping? On a small? not 75¢? Not $1.00? Terrible, lost a customer.

I've been eating at Tiffany's since the early 90s. The food has only improved. Try their grinders!

I have been a customer with Tiffany's for a while now and never experienced nothing wrong with my pizza's until today. I got my pizza and headed in to work. As I was eating, I found hair in my food. So I called Tiffany's back and asked to speak with a manger. The manger told me they could credit me for a newly made pizza and that was the end of our conversation. Mind you I had already thrown the pizza in the trash after taking these photos of the slice of pizza that had hair on it. She, the manger, calls me back and say when you come to pick up you new pizza, you have to bring the old pizza with you. I explained to her that I had thrown the pizza away and I have photos of the contaminated slice. She said "Okay", you will have to show those pictures when you pick up your new pizza. The third time around, the manger calls me again and says you have to bring the whole pizza with you we can not accept the pictures, after she just told me that they would due to the fact I explained to her I no longer had access to the old pizza. I asked her why she did not say that in our previous conversation when I initially called in. She stated " that she was a new manager and is still learning the procedures. So I then asked her what can be done on their behave at this point since I do not have the old pizza and the new manager failed to provide me with policy information? She told me that if I do not bring the old pizza in, they can not reimburse me a new pizza even though the manager gave me misleading information and not enough information the first time we spoke. Thanks Tiffany's In Garfield for you poor customer service, I really appreciate it. If you look at the pictures i took, you can clearly see the piece of hair was baked underneath the cheese. What every happened to wearing hair nets? What happened to be sanitary when u prep food?
