This place is branded as a restaurant but there’s no host to seat you. After 5 minutes, someone from the bar shouts that my party can seat ourselves. Fine, no big deal. Found our own menus, waited 10 minutes for a server to take drink orders, then 10 more to order food, then about a half hour on the food to be served. My burger didn’t have pickles on it like I asked, looked like it had spent only a minute on the grill (asked for medium rare but looked severely undercooked), and was horribly bland. Didn’t taste or look fresh. Came on a Friday night and they were clearly unprepared for business. Waited another 10 minutes for our checks. Look elsewhere for food or stick to drinks entirely. Shame that I can’t leave less than one star.

The food I ordered was good. The rating is due to lack of service, especially on a Friday night. We walked in and there was nobody to greet us or a sign that says seat yourself. After about 5 minutes, someone from the bar told us to seat ourselves. Since we hd to seat us ourselves, we basically had to find our own menus since nobody really came around at a reasonable time frame. After we have ordered our drinks and food, which we probably had to wait like 15 minutes just to do that, it took 30+ minutes for our food to arrive. After we were all done eating, another 15 to 20 minutes go by before they came around and asked about our checks. Overall it took about an hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours at this restaurant. We also had to hail down someone just to get refills on our drinks as they never came around and checked.

Went here for a company outing during the holidays and loved it! I grew up in Grandview, but never frequented Marshall's so I was excited to try it after a number of years. The food was fantastic and the portions were more than generous. Our waitress was attentive without hovering. Very enjoyable. The beer selection was amazing as well! I was able to try a couple new beers I had never had before. The holiday cocktails sounded like they would be just as good too. Definitely a place I look forward to going to again.

All the meet is smoked on site and there isn't a thing on the menu that isn't tasty! Not to mention their beverage selection. Great food! Great prices!

There are many many things you can say about Marshalls. I'm not sure where to start. But Sunday brunch makes the most sense since that's a great way to start your week. It's legendary in Columbus. Night life is fantastic. One of the coolest bar designs you've ever seen. Not to mention the fact they focus on local and Regional craft beers. The service is genuine and sincere. I feel like a regular even though I'm not.
