I live nearby so I have visited many of the places on S. HAMILTON rd. All of them are slow with crappy customer service. Except Arby's. Every time I have gone I have been waited on by the same young guy with big hair! :) he is very polite and gives great customer service. I will take slow any day of the week when there is great customer service. I suggest a raise! Well done!

Food was great but during the lent season when they are cooking that fish when you go into the dining area you can smell it as soon as you walk in the door and for the ones that don't like the smell of fish or don't eat fish it can really turn your stomach and make you want to walk out that door if it wasn't for my husband and wanting to still stay there I probably would have walked right out other than that the friendly there fast and the service is great he's going to get the right people

Not sure if the title fast food should be applied to this particular Arby's location as the restaurant is anything but fast. Firstly, whoever designed the building layout should be taken outside and beat. It's drive thru is completely backwards, and if you don't have a passenger you will need to manage an awkward stretch or slide move to interact with the person taking your money and giving you your food. Everyone knows Arby's makes good food, but before stopping at this particular location you should decide whether or not the headaches that come with it are worth it.

Slower than hell with no customers. They take the fast out of fast food. Then for the food to be cold after waiting 20mins. Go ahead and close already if you don't want to work or be there.

Terrible, from the second that I walked through the door.the guy taking my order just stared at me when I walked up to the counter.he didn't even ask for my order. I stood there waiting for him to ask if I wanted anything and it was like a standoff. I finally gave him the coupon for what I wanted and said that I would also like a large order of jalapeno poppers, the coupon was $12 for 2 regular roast beef sandwiches,4 sliders,4 small curly fries and 6 cheese sticks, add to that the price of the poppers and he told me my total was $27.99 should have been closer to $17+/-.he finally got that fixed after I told him what it should have been.then the shift manager had to come over to fill out my order.needless to say,I was very unsatisfied with my experience here today.
