I was looking for something different and decided to stop by here for dinner. I was wary when I first sat myself into a booth. The floors were filthy and there were napkins wedged beneath one of the table legs to help balance it. The service was quick, really quick. No banter, no introductions, nothing whatsoever. The food tasted okay, although the sauce on my spaghetti and meatballs seemed somewhat watery. I had planned on ordering a pizza to go to try at another time; however, before I was halfway finished with my main course, the waiter brought out (without any provocation) boxes for leftovers. Then, within a few minutes (I was still eating) here comes the check. No asking if I wanted anything else, a desert, nothing whatsoever. Just the bill. I definitely will not go out of my way to visit again soon.

We have been coming here for years and we've never had a bad meal. Prices are reasonable and portions are large. Everything is fresh made. You won't be disappointed. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because of the ambiance. This is not elegant dining just your local Italian restaurant that's very clean and friendly.

We went here on a Saturday night of a weekend trip to visit the airforce museum nearby. The food was good, but the wait staff was having a very rough night. Salads were fresh, we were brought an extra bowl of soup (my fiancee was happy to eat for me), and the main dishes were hot and delicious. We walked in around 7:30, and the waitress who was leaving made sure our order was taken and drinks were served. We didn't get our food until 8:50. There was one waitress running the 20 or so tables in the whole restaurant, and one busboy? who seemed really good at lookong busy without actually doing anything. We left around 9:15, and I had seen him clear 2 tables. We paid cash, just so we could get out the door. We were given desserts to go as competition for the wait, and I certainly believe that this particular night was an example of extenuating circumstances making things all but impossible. I definitely prefer this place over Olive Garden, wait times included.

A friend of mine loves Deroma Italian Restaurant, so I come here on occasion. The restaurant is in a shopping center. The interior is clean, but the atmosphere will not fool you into to thinking you're in Rome. Their nightly specials are good, and I like the spaghettt and meat sauce which comes with a nice -sized salad and soup - a very good deal. While there are other Italian restaurants in the area I prefer, if you find yourself in Huber Heights, Deroma is a good choice.
