As franchise restaurants go, this is one of the better ones out there. Ultimately, if you've eaten at one Quaker Steak, you probably feel like you've eaten at all of them, but the establishment in Mentor is notable for three things: First and foremost, the staff are top-notch. Whether you're in for a mid-week lunch or a weekend beer with dinner, the folks running this location are invariably fast, friendly, and efficient when it comes to service. Second--and probably more important for some (including myself, honestly)--the wings are meaty, well-cooked (just crispy enough to impart some sensation to the meal without being over-done), and sauced well enough to deliver maximum flavor without drowning your plate in viscous runoff. Third--and this is just a personal thing--the facilities are well-maintained, from the primary dining area, to the bar, to the restrooms. Again, this restaurant is part of a large chain, so what you expect is largely what you're going to get--but this is one of the better spots to bear the Quaker Steak name.

This is one of the few Quaker Steak and Lube's to still have all you can eat wings on Tuesday's. While that sounds like a great deal, its not. If you look at the photo I uploaded, the wings come out cold yet burnt and generally unedible with sometimes little or no meat. The wings use to be meaty and hot, don't know what happened. They used to have a 5 star rating.

Went in on an early Saturday evening. Got a side salad and wings. The cucumbers looked old, they looked translucent in color. The wings were expensive compared to other wing places and lacked sauce coverage. The only redeeming quality was our server. We was attentive and friendly.

Consistently one of my favorite restaurants. Very friendly and attentive servers! AMAZING FOOD! Never fails to satisfy. Lots of variety - get something new each time! Lube Chips are the best :)

Food was okay, service was similar and prices are above average. We've been going here over the last couple of years it seems like the quality of food has not been the same, mostly at the prices they charge. They would not be at the top of my list as I look to go out and enjoy dinner somewhere.
