We came in as a group but was immediately met with a hostess with an attitude. We all sat down and looked over the menu but was moved to an isolated part of the establishment where we were seperated from one another. Already off to a bad start. As we continued, we got coffee but no silverware! Between 7 people we had 2 sets of silverware and were ignored a majority of the time there. Our entire time there I only got 1 refill on the coffee and NO extra sets of silverware! Plus, I asked for no onions and got a MOUNTAIN! Communication was poor. Only reason for 3 stars was after making a few changes the food was pretty good for the price point. If given the choice I'd have gone elsewhere but for late night junk food with questionable service then hit this place up.

(Previous employee) They don’t mark the food in the back with dates so you never know how fresh your food really is. It could be 2-3 weeks old you wouldn’t know, on top of multiple other health code violations. The managers don’t know how to properly train and they talk down to you the whole time. There are waitresses there that show up doped out on heroine as well. And even if they aren’t they still hug up on all the kids that come in. Not a place I would ever bring my family to eat.

You won't ever walk away hungry. Their soups are delicious. Great portions at a great price. The wait staff work together to make sure everyone is taken care of. For dessert I would recommend the eclairs! Yummy!

Other than me and my wife there were only 3 other customers. The place was absolutely dead and yet service was completely pathetic and slow. She ordered a BLT which was fine. I ordered a half pound cheeseburger medium rare which came out absolutely Raw. When I returned the burger the owner the cook and the waitress came and argued with me about what was raw and what was medium rare. The burger was barely seared and absolutely cold and raw inside and yet they wanted to argue about it being medium rare. They didn't replace the burger. They took the one with bite's taken and threw it back on the grill. Another customer was allergic to cheese so he ordered a burger with out cheese. She brought him a cheeseburger. When he reminded her about his allergy all she did was take it to the kitchen and remove it by hand. Then we over heard the cook bad mouthing us from the other side of the restaurant. It took forever for us to get anything from the waitress. It took forever for us to get our check. She only came to our table twice the whole time even though there were only a total of of four customers in the place. Our overall sunday afternoon experience was pathetic.
