It seems to me all the Wendy's in Central Ohio sucks anymore. Not just one store but multiple stores and customer service is getting worse. Wait times are very slow, food is cold. Their trying to reduce manpower while increasing profits. Well this is going to back fire because. You are losing customers. The ingredients are getting worse too, tomatoes are horrible, lettuce is black or brown. I don't get it, Wendy's used to be high quality good food. Now its just flat out sucks anymore. I love the food when its hot and fresh. But it seems like there has been a shift. There are too many other choices out there. I'll just eat at home next time.

This place has consistently slow service. Unless you have a lot of time, go anywhere else.

Make sure you bring something to do in the car while you wait at the drive thru. Always at least a 30 minute wait, and it won't be quicker if you go inside. The food is great; I would just rather spend half my lunch break somewhere else.

This location is a HOT mess! I got stuck in-line with a screaming baby for 25 minutes - #HellonEarth! I had already placed the order and the line literally didn't move for 20 minutes. Looking back I wish I would have driven off. When I finally did get the order girl at counter didn't acknowledge wait nor did she greet me, rather tossed items at me and collected money. I chalked this up as an unfavorable experience and perhaps new employees but subsequent visits have not been any more charming. It's a good location, however, terrible service.
