****THEFT**** Might have to get the police involved with this one who knows if this guy rips people off all the time, better check you bank accounts after eating here.Charged more to my card then I had approved by around 10$ even after my wife left a cash tip which was more generous than the service given deserved. The service was terrible. Waiter was a young kid with dark hair looked like he was perpetually lost. said Tony on the receipt, was a good night out for my wife's birthday.

Since when do bartenders save bar stools for their friends? arghhh. We tried to sit at the bar and was pushed away as 4 seats were being saved. We watched these same seats remain empty for 45 min! My spouse and I shared a small pizza and pasta. The pizza tasted fine, but for some reason I get sick every time I try to eat at Santos. Kinda frustrating.

This is my favorite restaurant in Medina. George (the owner) runs a steady ship. The wines are well chosen to go with the great Italian food.

We had never eaten here before and thought we would give it a try on a Friday night in December. We had no reservations (didn't know we needed them, oops) but the host gave us an option for a booth that we could have for 45 minutes. I told him that would work great as we were hungry and not looking to linger. The service was top notch, the food came quickly and tasted great. We were done with ten minutes to spare and for our cooperation...we were awarded a free dessert to go. Now that's customer service!
