The waiter was outstanding and overall the food was very good. I was a little disappointed with the smash potatoes. The are listed as creamy mash potatoes, but they were hard and cold. The place is upscale but they did not object to my very casual dress. The decor is modern and classy. The lobster bisque soup was awesome.

I have always loved Rosewood...until last Friday. We have grown our "tribe" for Happy Hour to 8. We all came in and ordered our usual "Rosewood Cosmo"...which since October has been on the Happy Hour Menu each month. We all received our bill to see that we were charged $9 instead of $5...big difference when we had 8 cosmos at our table. When we asked our server, she said "oh, the menu changes every other month. They're not on special in March". We've been there every month since October and they've been $5. We tried to talk to the manager who said..."I'll bring it up at our next staff meeting". When you have something on your Happy Hour menu month after month and then suddenly take it off, shouldn't you make sure your guests know? We will not go back...a great response from the "manager" should have been..."I apologize, we'll credit you the difference today, but that special is not going in the month of March." Terrible customer service from what we have always thought was a great establishment.

From start to finish, the service was impeccable and the food was by far the best. This was our first time dinning here and it won't be our last. If you are new to the restaurant you have got to start your experience with the Bourbon and honey cocktail. While enjoying the Baked Blue Point Oysters. Omg is all I can say about them. We ordered the Prime Rib and had the potatoes with Gouda Cheese. We had the Lobster Bisque as well. Holy cow the meal was unbelievably fantastic. You guys rock..... Thanks for a 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ experience. The staff take care of their customers amazingly. Respectful and patient are two words to describe the employees there. I had one complication with my order and the waitress was quickly there to resolve the situation. Wine list is just splendid. Try the BBQ Chicken and Goat Cheese, Tuna Nicoise, and Baked Oysters Rock.

Rosewood is one of our favorite restaurants. Tammy and I have used Rosewood to meet out of town guests, have staff functions, birthday parties and soon a Baby Shower. The food is always impressive in presentation , creativity and taste. The patio is wonderful. It's hard to realize you're near a parking area since the landscaping and music are so well balanced. We have spent a few afternoons and few more evenings enjoying the outdoors and stepping up to the fire to relax. Lastly, and for us most important, is the staff. From a phone call for reservations, the warm reception and onto the service Rosewood has never disappointed. Our guests always comment on how special and welcome they feel. We always ask for and look forward to seeing our favorite server "O". She is knowledgeable, remembers our drink orders as we are being seated, suggests from the menu and is funny and tactful. And not to forget, she is beautiful!! Tammy and Jim Nowak
