From the times I’ve gone to this location. I would go to Norwood a lot. They’ve always had a great breakfast bar. If you order something separately off the menu they don’t do a rush job and will give you hot and fresh food. Waiters have always been nice. It’s a nice location to stop at and get breakfast in the morning before work.

Any Frisch's is pretty much the same the only thing that changes is your servers and the people working. The food is always good but I actually was very surprised me and my friend had a very good server that was very polite kept her drinks. Dinner and try to show us out the door when we were talking so much that they actually lock the door on us. We actually cashed out and they weren't trying to push us out. I appreciate my server and the staff that night I got to talk to someone on a more intimate level that I have never got to talk to you before. Thank you for your service.

Me, my daughter and my son-in-law went to Frisch's for lunch. The waiter we had was extremely rude to us. He rolled his eyes at us, he coped an attitude with us, and made nasty faces at us. In addition, he was very slow in getting our drinks, food, extra napkins, etc. His attitude towards us was so awful that I was afraid to eat the food that I ordered, (because I was afraid he might have done something to it). As I proceeded to pay for our meal, I requested to speak to a manager. I explained to her everything that occurred and she replied that doesn't sound like her employee. She said she couldn't believe he acted like that. Myself, my daughter, and my son-in-law all told her about our experiences. Finally she said she would take a few dollars off our bill. We full hearditly think she doesn't believe us. After I paid our bill, the manager said she would talk to him (the waiter). Then we left, not feeling any better at all!

Waitress so rude there. Apparently the posted time for the dinning area is only when she dont work. After i asked if it would be a problem being seated a half hour before they closed, She replied no ;but went to the kitchen to discuss it with the cook. At that point i was no longer feeling safe to eat there. No Suge Avery please. (No spit in my drink) I will never dine there again.
