I eat at Subway ALL the time. I went for lunch break today and get the same sub I always do... foot long chicken bacon ranch which cost $7.79. when I went to check out the computer crashed. They asked if I had cash. No, I didn't have cash. All I had was my debit card. They called the manager at the other store and she requested I give her my debit card information OVER the phone in front of a packed place and when I declined she requested I go to the store on market Street. So, I wasted MORE of my time and gas to go to the other store. I ended up returning the sub bcz the manager refused to compensate me for my time, the hassles, and my gas. She could have at least took half off or offered me a drink I would have been happy. But, bcz she refused I returned the sub. You lost a good paying customer bcz u have managers who don't care about the customers. I get computers crash but from what they said it wasn't the first time it crashed today. She clearly told her manager it crashed AGAIN! Needless to say, I will be contacting the BBB about the poor Management and lack of common Sense. Before u hire managers maybe see if they actually have management experience or degree as I do!! I would have never treated a customer like this and been so careless and unprofessional especially asking for my debit card info over the phone!!!!!

My favorite Subway location! They stuff the bread with lots of veggies. No skimping with this place. Always friendly & quick to fill orders. This time, I ordered online for pickup: a 12-inch Italian herbs & cheese, carved turkey, bacon, provolone, lettuce, spinach, tomato, cucumber, green peppers, extra black olives. Delicious. For me this is two meals for only $9.25. :)
