This location stays write busy with those dining out and for those getting carry out. Staff is courteous and helpful. Food is always fresh. I love the iced chai tea. the only thing better would be if Pei Wei would start selling traditional Asian desserts.

Went in on my lunch today(3/8/18) To my surprise there was actually no Asian food or cuisine. The restaurant is clean however it is lacking any kind of Asian decor odd considering it's a Chinese restaurant Upon looking at the menu I see they offer burgers and oddly enough tacos. I ordered a number 3, a sourdough burger with bacon. It was delicious but not what I was expecting. Anyway I give this place a 1 star for not being a Chinese restaurant but it is delicious.

Have patroned this restaurant on many occasions with no complaints, but most recent visit was dissapointing. Placed an order to go, and waited at the front. After 15 minutes, began to overhear other patrons complaining about the restaurant having no rice. This was not communicated to me at the time of MY order, so I assumed I was unaffected. 10 minutes later my wait is beginning to feel tedious, so I confront the staff and they inform me that they have no rice for my order. No apology is issued, regret expressed, or reparation offered. While they were not impolite, the way they handled the situation left a lot to be desired. Will probably second guess eating here again.

Excellent oriental menu. Great offers and values on line thru the app.

My coworkers and I order lunch from this location frequently. This used to be a 5 Star review, but the past few weeks have been consistently wild. We have waited on hold for over 30 minutes trying to place a pickup order. Not once did someone pick up to explain what was happening. When we do get through to someone, the wait is still much longer than it used to be. Disappointing.
