I was so excited for the return of the Mexican pizza today!! We ordered three for the family and regret it. It looked and tasted terrible.

Went at 8pm. Lobby was dirty and we had to ask for forks and lids, there were only a few straws. Napkins weren't closed all the way, all trash cans were completely full. Employees would ignore anyone at the counter. I asked for no creamy jalapeno sauce on both burritos and add sour cream, they only took the jalapeno sauce off of one. Y'all can do better. A lot better.

Took my family for dine in. It took 15 minutes before a clerk took our order. Waited another 45 minutes and 14 cars drove through the drive through and still no food. The lady that ordered after we did, got her food and left about 10 minutes before I asked for a refund which was $62.00. I know everyone is shorthanded which is why I waited so long. We were there a total of 50 minutes. There were six employees we could see and there was only 2 customers inside when we walked in with customers in the drive through. I will not go to another Taco Bell.

Ordered online, they took forever in the drive though to get our food. Told us they were not allowed to give us the drink we wanted because the “drive through” drink was out and they could not walk out to the lobby to get the drink, they told us we would have to go in the lobby ourselves and get it. She said “my knee hurts I can’t walk that far” and then walked away to get her manager. Manager told us they were not allowed to get us our drinks because they would have to walk into the lobby to get the drink.

Their credit card machine was down, but instead of saying that the poor kid at the window was asking for exact change. Nothing about saying they want exact change tells me I can’t pay with a card. The manager didn’t seem to understand the difference either. But I guess ordering online works so I figure they were just not being honest.
