Service is prompt and courteous! Had all you can eat tacos. Two chicken and two beef, both plenty flavor. The beef and chicken was fresh and not mushy.

I gave it three stars for the poor service by one particular server. The food is very good. We have had the unfortunate experience of getting the same young male server twice. He will practically run by your table as you are trying to tell him your order. He asked for our drink order, my wife gave hers and as I was telling mine he was at least already 4 feet away, I had to yell at him that we also wanted guacamole....never again will we get him as a server.

Terrible experience! Been going to La Mansion since it opened. We even take our entire company from time to time. No more! Wanted to try something new and asked if it came with rice and beans. Waitress said yes and I asked for double rice instead. No problem. Got the ticket and there was a $2 charge for the rice. Asked the waitress and she said she would check. In the meantime one of the main male waiters came up to check us out. Asked him about the charge and he said the meal never comes with rice and I would have to pay for it. He even went further to repeatedly tell me that I order the same thing every time and I knew it didn’t come with rice and that I was just trying to get something for free. The point is the waitress said it came with it. I understand that it doesn’t and it was a mistake but I shouldn’t have to pay for her mistake. I have never been treated so badly at a restaurant. I reluctantly paid for my food and left. I have heard this same waiter calling people names and talking terribly about them in Spanish. He acts like he’s in charge so I’m sure he’s some type of manager or head waiter. Unless this person leaves La Mansion I will not return.

This place has good Mexican food. The service from our waiter was very poor.Good thing that the food was good or I definitely would have complained. All in all the food was good and the service was probably just bad timing. If the server was better and with the good food I would have given La Mansion a five star rating. Maybe next time.
