Excellent service. Cooked to my liking. Ice cream was wonderful

I have been here several times. It is a pretty typical fast food restuarant. The facility has always been very clean. The dining area always has someone cleaning and checking the tables after the customers leave and the bathrooms have always been very clean.

This is my choice location of the two in Claremore. Consistent with food quality and service.

Gotta Love Our Guy That Takes Care Of The Restaurant Area...He Keeps It Clean and Well Stocked...

Went to Braum's last night (ordered a double quarter pounder, a bag of burgers and 2 sundaes). my wife and I end up getting sick (Valen is fine). So I call up to Braum's to let them know their food made my wife and I sick. The first thing they ask for is a doctor's note whichI didn't have). I wanted to see if they can replace the double quater pounder (it tasted off) and I was told "I have to talk to my GM. So I gave my number and in about a minute, they called back. This time the lady had an attitude in her voice, telling me she could only replace a regular quarter pounder and she was VERY insistent that I have my receipt (she had a tone in her voice like it was MY fault my wife and I got sick and this was a BIG inconvenience to her). I haven't even bothered getting the burger replaced, not after that attitude. Moral of the story, don't go to Braum's in Claremore, they don't care about their customers.
