If I could leave this place 0 stars I would. IF YOU ARE PASSING THROUGH go somewhere else. You will wait 20 minutes or more for simple orders that should never take this long. And getting a refund sucks!

Food was hot, but didn't taste very good. Person in drive thru was rude. I asked for plastic ware she said it was in the bag. When we had to drive back through to get it she acted rude and never even spoke when we asked for it.

We had a wonderful experience here!! The person at the register was very helpful and friendly!! She told me how I could enhance my order and be charged less than the way I ordered it!! When she handed me my receipt she said I could fill out a survey and get ... I was not paying attention!! As we were eating the area supervisor came by our table and I mentioned how great our service was!! She asked me to fill out the survey because past reviews and surveys had not been good, and since she took over, she was trying to change the perception !! I filled out the survey and when I was given the code for my "free" something I needed a pen to write it down!! Another server came to help me sporting a friendly welcoming smile!! Not only giving me a pen, but gave me a free mini lemon bunt cake!! What a joy to spend our lunch in such a well managed place with superior food for the price!!!

Everytime I've been here they are out of more than one main item. Who does their ordering? They're incompetent, or they're doing so poorly they can't afford to order enough. The KFC was out of chicken, taco bell out of beef and nacho fries. No signs anywhere and this was after waiting 20 minutes. Horrible service, I'll never give them another try.

This is not a corporate Taco Bell, so they have often refused to honor national ads and promotions. While there once, I saw a mother bring in her young child in a little league uniform to claim a free taco from a Taco Bell promotion. They refused to honor it, saying they were privately owned. The food is good, but I cannot eat there without feeling guilty about supporting a business that turned away a Little League child.
