2 of the 4 in our group received cold or partially cold food after waiting for a very long time for the table to be served. The fish & shrimp were greasy. It took so long for the cold food to be replaced that the others in the group were nearly done eating. We were seated where we could see into the kitchen and there was trash on the floor, very dirty looking. Went to use the bathroom before leaving and it was poorly maintained as well. Toilet seat nearly falling off in the handicap accessible stall and trash on the floor. Yes I made them aware of it. On top of all of that, the prices are too high for what you are being served. Waiter was helpful but this was NOT a good dining experience for us and 3 of the 4 had never eaten at a Red Robin before.

I had the ghost pepper burger and it was great as were the fries. Our waitress was friendly and we had great service. Their bottomless fries are great as well. They were out of ice cream for our shakes and they gave us our choice of dessert for free. I will go to this location again.

Food was consistent/good. We were seated in the bar area. There was only 1 bartender and she had 10 tables. So... Service was what you might think. Not good. It's usually better in the restaurant area, which is where I will always be seated from now on.

Server was friendly and helpful, but never around when we needed something. Manager refilled drinks. Burger came out well-done after ordering medium. One of my kids spilled something and I ended up cleaning it up ...which I don't mind, but no one offered to help - I even had to go to the kitchen to ask for a rag. Shakes were great, but not worth a return trip.

I am beyond upset with the management and how lax the Resturant is. (I fellow Restuarant Manager). My Husband and I went to this location for dinner. Our first meal together in almost a week due to my hectic schedule. Upon entry we were greeted and then sat in the bar area. Every table was dirty and I pointed it out to the hostess. She had the audacity to take her hand and swipe the debris off the table! Like, that doesn't solve the problem. She then took us in the back near other patrons. We ordered our meal. Fries were cold but, oh well, not a big deal. We got additional A-1 Peppercorn sauce for dipping. Service wasn't the best, but nothing to gripe over. Then at 5am I awoke to an upset stomach.30 minutes later my husband awakes and puking. This continued on and off until I left for work. I called your location to let them know of the situation as a precaution; check your supply. I was transferred to a second manager. He then CONTINUOUSLY told me there is no way we got food poisoning at your establishment. "It must have been a different meal you two shared somewhere else." I informed him that this was the only place we have both dined and eaten at in the past four days. He still continued to state, "If you didn't have chicken or eggs, you didn't get food poisoning." I do not understand his logic as if cross contamination isn't a thing. I let him know I will no longer dine at the location and hung up the phone to tend to my husband who was puking. COMPLETELY unprofessional and I honestly don't know how this location is still open with the atmosphere, dirty surroundings and horrible management.
