Feel sorry for the staff. Worked to death, understaffed and underpaid. They try their best. Shame on corporate. Therefore, I would give 5 stars for the service people trying 2 stars for corporate. The food is good when they are fully staffed and marginal when they are not. Items forgotten, quality less than...not staff's fault. Pay them better, hire more peole. We always tip abundantly.

Slow and rude service. Food was semi frozen when I got it after waiting 2hrs. Everyone else was served before me, even people that came in after me, and management never once came over to apologize. I got there a few minutes before 3am and finished shortly after 5am because of the highly uncoordinated staff. If there was another place open at 3am I would've gone there instead. As is I'll just go get Bisquick from Wal-Mart and make my own damn pancakes next time.. it'll be faster.

Loved the crepes..... Their food quality and service are mixed... One of the guy servers was bad.... One of an older woman was just awesome... I'd love to come back for her and be seated in her table again. It is also helpful because it's open 24/7.

Great food, they are always changing up the menu to keep things interesting I have always seen the place busy so therefore The service sometimes is lacking. But overall it never disappoints.

Probably the worse service I’ve gotten at an ihop ever. We went around 9:30pm and there was a good crowd but it was not extremely busy. Our server took 20 minutes to take our drink order and then another 10 minutes to take our actual order. Then once we got our food, it was dry and old. Also I noticed that most of the waiters and waitresses where standing around and talking instead of getting their orders off the food warmer.
