I've always liked LJS but it seems that it's just not what it used to be. Or it is exactly what it used to be, except for the menu and the branding. The food was actually pretty good, except for the piece of chicken that I could only eat half of of because the rest was some kind of fibrous something that I couldn't chew up. The sides were good. My biggest issue is that I want two pieces of fish and one piece of chicken but nothing on the menu fits that, and their add-a- piece prices are outrageous. It's like they built the menu not to suit you and want to gouge you when you try to fix that. It's really not a bad place to get a meal..... just don't expect too much or you'll be disappointed. 😒

The remodel has sadly done nothing to fix the customer service or the food quality. This location has gone down hill.

The food was fresh and very good. Staff was very polite towards everyone.

You kind of know what your getting when you go here... I just wish they would use separate mops for the front and kitchen. I nearly break my neck every time I walk into one of their restaurants.

Person who took my order in the drive thru was courteous. I had asked for a couple of pirate hats for the kids and received them with a smile from the associate who had also included some temporary tattoos. Great experience!
