Great food, great place, but the middle aged white server is absolutely terrible. Last time it took her 45minutes to get us our check, when there were only 4-5 other tables that had patrons. This go around we have been sitting for 39minutes, no refill on water or tea. Food is still not here and we have been acknowledged just once. We are about to walk out and go find food elsewhere. She needs to stop standing around talking for excessive durations with a table and start being more aware of what's going on. Again, everything about this place is amazing. Besides this one terrible middle aged white female server. I will either walk out or request another server if I'm stuck in her section again.

Not bad, I’ve had better. It really depends on what you get. Better food compared to other Chinese restaurants in town, but not my first choice.

Although we ordered our food to go, there was a steady stream of people coming in to dine. That being said, we received our food rather quickly, got it home and enjoyed a good family meal. 4 stars only because it's been a long time since we've eaten there. I have to dine there several times before I give it any more

Go here all the time, and have been for years. They craft their food the exact same every time, and that consistency is the appeal for me. If you can find a few meals here that you enjoy then you can expect to be coming back time and time again. I usually do take away these days (which is always so fast, maybe 15 minute from order to pickup), but their in-house staff are always welcoming and accommodating. Their website defines the restaurant as Chinese/American food, and I believe that is an accurate description from what I've seen as many of the dishes are the most approachable versions for a newbie in Eastern Asian foods. If you happen to be familiar with Chinese food, I wouldn't expect this place to outshine your favorite alternative, however I would encourage anyone to give Ping's Garden a try. P.s. Cost is entirely reasonable as well. Which is always a big plus when choosing where to eat.

I have been here a few times and enjoyed it every single time. I would recommend this restaurant because the food is great, and the servers are incredibly nice!
