Get the brisket and mac/cheese. And bring your own wine. The corkage fee is low. Service was a bit scattered, as was the lovely British proprietor. But the character and charm of the venue and staff makes for a fun and memorable experience. Execution in the fare was on point. Brisket was a bit dry, but not enough to ding the 5 star rating.

We had a great experience at Smithfields especially with D she was such a joy and her service was a cherry on top of fantastic food. The cocktails were top notch I recommend the whiskey and Ginger concoction don't remember the name but it was fresh and smooth. I had the duck and my wife the pork belly each was great. I must say the collard greens were a stand out for sides wow they were right on and a treat. Thank you Smithfields!!!

Worth the price and wait. I highly recommend the Bloody Mary, I don't like b.mary's but this was delish. Food was amazing as well. So tasty!

Great dinner and within walking distance to the festival. Must try when in Ashland. Beware of local sales tax on diners.

Excellent roasted marrow bones with pickled vegetables. Makes my mouth water just remembering . Good service. Nice menu. Unabashedly carnivore. A bit too loud on Saturday night.
