Hands down the best steak house in town. We've been several times and have tried other entries as well. The chicken is delicious, definitely stands it's ground against the steak! This place has ruined me from ordering a wedge salad anywhere else. It is so delicious! The perfect wedge period. I order one every time. If they're having a soup special, you should get it. Every soup we've tried has been excellent. Everyone who works here has been absolutely wonderful. Keep up the great work Bos!

We came in for my birthday in February, and really had a great time. We tried as many things as we could, and loved them all. We are picky when it comes to beef/steaks, as we grow our own beef. My wife and I loved the different steaks, but the service was truly awesome. We plan on coming back with friends. SIDE NOTE: If you are planning on coming here, please do not be distracted by the silly, picky, negative reviews. People wanting A5 overcooked is like me coming and demanding a raw piece of bacon from a breakfast restaurant. Give me a break. These people know what they’re doing. Maybe more than anyplace we’ve ever been. Sure the prices are high, as they should be. This place is a HIGHER caliber than anything in central Oregon(and beyond), and should absolutely charge accordingly. Please give them a shot. It is a great addition to our community.

A very good but not outstanding experience. It's ok for steaks. In Osaka Japan it is much better, but here there is no comparison. Prices were high but service was excellent, even compared to global standards. The martini was smooth and well prepared. The rating takes in price to value. Nothing in Bend Oregon like Bos Taurus. Worth a try, but bring your bank account.

Not only the best steakhouse in Bend, but quite possibly the best in Oregon. The meat selection is outstanding. Side dishes and appetizers are fantastic. And the wine list and cocktails are on point. Little touches like getting to select your steak knife are nice little extras.

Good was excellent but there was a bit too much seasoning on the bone marrow. Also, too much dressing on the salad as we had 3 different kinds and all had same issue. Steaks were excellent though.
