I can't tell you if the food is good or not because after twenty five minutes of sitting at our table no one had came to take our order so we got up and left. We were seated promptly in the lounge/bar area and told Josh would be around to take our order. We watched Josh wait on three other tables (one of which was seated after us,) bringing them their drinks and appetizers, but he never once acknowledged us. No "hey guys I'm sorry about your wait, I'll be with you shortly" he didn't even so much as make eye contact with us. Two different waitresses were kind enough to stop and refill our water glasses but that was the extent of any interaction we had with an employee. 10/10 on water refills, I would wholeheartedly recommend this place if all you needed was a refreshing glass of water. Could we have asked someone to remind Josh that he was supposed to be waiting on us too? Sure, but waiting 25 minutes without being asked if we would like something to drink or some appetizers to start us off had soured our mood to the point where neither of us would be willing to tip at the end of our meal regardless of how good the food may or may not be. If you're expecting a tip based on the quality of service you provide....tip #1: your customer shouldn't have to ask you to do your job. I think not tipping servers is a dick move and would rather just go somewhere else to eat so I can at least tip someone for doing SOMETHING that would qualify as customer service.

Beautiful dining and bar area, and a more refined dining experience than your typical Thai place. Some of the signature dinner entrees stretch into the mid $20s (when luxury items like crab and lobster are included) but the staple dishes are no more expensive for lunch and dinner than an “average” Thai restaurant. The combo lunches with two dishes for ~$10 are a solid value.

Went in for lunch 3 days ago and had a very lovely experience. The hostess was genuinely welcoming and I was sat right away. The server promptly greeted me and even gave a few suggestions of his favorite items. Had the chicken pad Thai which was phenomenal. Highly recommend.

Excellent dishes and service. Beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. They offer gluten free options on their menu items. Also have specialty types of rice with the curry. We tried the coconut and it complemented the curry amazingly. It was delicious!

Ever have a great meal, but the service was even greater? Joshua and Noi Thai delivered: green tea was amazing!!! Our server was funny, engaging and very helpful in giving us tips for Bend activities. Looking forward to our next visit!
