Wonderful service provided by Ryan not only did he offer friendly, fast, accurate service but he was very personable and pleasant. You can tell he likes his job!! The burger is great and the place has a very cute, warm atmosphere! The manager even checked on us which I can appreciate ! Will return when visiting Bend in the future!

Greg's grill is one of my usual dinner spots in Bend. Good food, incredible view and the service is usually good. Unfortunately, this morning, on mothers day for brunch, my experience could not have been more opposite than what i'm use to. We had a reservation for 10:30am. We arrived a few minutes early and were seated promptly in a corner booth with a torn bench seat that had the foam sticking out and was rather uncomfortable. In addition, the one sliver of river view we had was blocked by a giant bird dropping on the window. When our greeter sat us, I asked if we could be moved to another table. Mind you, 4 other tables were open near us. She said she would get the closest one cleared and move us over. Well, she cleared it and sat another family in place. I decided to leave it alone. We placed our order for food and waiting 45 minutes for pancakes to arrive. In between that time, our server didn't check in with us even once. And to top it all off, they got our orders wrong. I don't think i'll be going back to Greg's anytime soon.

Going down hill AGAIN! Totally screwed up our takeout order and food was disgusting. Tourists that don't know any better are supporting the place.

Let's get straight to the point! The view is amazing, the food is ok and service is normal. Plain and simple... I've had better!

Greg's is a good place to sit and dine. The wait staff is polite and professional. The food is good and consistent. Presentation is great. The alcoholic drinks are well done and actually have a decent amount of booze in them. Over all a nice place. It's a little pricey for what it is but has a comfortabe atmosphere.
