When we are in the area we always stop to eat at Mary's Kitchen. The service is good, the food is served fast and hot. More importantly, the price of every meal is a real value. She has daily specials that are really inexpensive. Her steak & eggs are only $6.95, this includes coffee.... WOW!

Down home good eats. CASH ONLY. Most food for the lowest price. Great service. All Elvis fans should go at least once.

This place can not be beat. Excellant home cooked food, large portions, and prices so low you wont believe it. Mary's Kitchen is the very best that it gets . And if youre an Elvis fan you will not want to miss stopping in, even if youre not hungry.

I generally expect a "hole in the wall" cafe to be exceptional. My brother and I went there for breakfast. We were not greeted by anyone, but stared at by everyone when we walked in. A bit like a Twilight Zone episode, if you will. After about 5 minutes of waiting, I got up and asked if we could please get some water and coffee? A sour-faced old lady finally approached our table. No hello, no smile. Took our order...wait...wait...food came, not only was it lukewarm, it was the worst breakfast I have ever had. How do you mess up breakfast? I don't care how long this place has been here, but I will assume if you are not a "local yokal", who is there everyday, you are going to be treated like the red headed stepchild.
