I have been stopping in to this family ran Vietnamese restaurant for nearly ten years and have never once had anything except an excellent experience. I have been to other restaurants which advertise the same sandwiches but have always left disappointed when comparing it to the quality and service of Baguette in downtown Corvallis. All of there sandwiches are delicious but the grilled chicken on a whole wheat baguette is a must have for anyone making a first time visit. The family who operate this restaurant are charming and always provide outstanding service. To top it off there prices are extremely generous considering the quality they offer, there convenient location, and the other dining options available in the area. If your considering a quick bite, or just want to give your taste buds a treat, make it a priority to visit this terrific location.

I just love this place. Impeccable customer service and delicious bahn mi on their house made baguette. Great value for the price. Always drop in when I'm in Corvallis. Get a BBQ pork or meatball bun to start things off and you'll be on the road to leaving this place happy.

Good food. Low key. Friendly owners. Menu isn't extensive so you can more easily decide what you want. Reasonable prices.

Inexpensive Vietnamese baguette sandwiches that are delicious. The fresh ingredients, like cucumber, carrots topped with fresh cilantro make all the difference. The baguette bread is not too hard, but crunchy on the outside just the way I like it. A great place for a tasty quick lunch. Don't forget to try the steamed dumplings!

PERFECT- The people that work here are very polite, nice. I had a Lemongrass beef sandwich that had a perfect balance of bread/filling, full of great flavors and a nice crunch to the homeade baguette. Greatful to have this place in Corvallis.
